El Govern del PP valencià finalment a fet tancar totes les emissions de TV3 al País Valencià. Sota amenaça d'unes multes d'uns 600.000€, l'associació sense ànim de lucre, ACPV, ha hagut de claudicar per evitar la seva ruïna i desaparició que és l'objectiu primordial d'aquest Govern.
Tot i això la campanya de Televisió Sense Fronteres continua. Ja s'ha presentat la iniciativa popular a Madrid.
Pels que es pensen que poden tancar televisions i que és gratis, en el següent enllaç es pot veure què en diu la Unió Europea:
